This role is a hybrid documentary video editor, motion graphics artist, and AI specialist responsible for owning the end-to-end post-production of cinematic, narrative-driven YouTube content.

You will build compelling story arcs from raw footage across both short- and long-form formats while handling advanced visual execution, including color grading, sound design, VFX, and custom animations.

A core focus of the position is seamlessly integrating cutting-edge AI tools—using platforms like Runway or Sora for generating B-roll and scene extensions, and leveraging Claude to accelerate story structuring and creative workflows.
